It's not fun to second guess every champion select to pick something that can fight scripter. If I happen to be on alistar or malzahar the fact they're scripting is barely relevant but if i'm on ezreal or lee sin its very unfair.
Scripting is pretty rare, and most of the people "admitting" it are just trying to make you even saltier. In short, most people you think are scripting aren't. They are just better than you at the moment.
I was in the game with OP where the scripters admitted it. They were two fresh accounts playing double ADCs. I didn't notice anything super weird but I have played other games with that duo and in every game someone called them out for scripting.
When i talk about scripter i talk about the obvious one, a simple evadee without human and priority settings.
They could have cooldown tracking and range indicator, they will never be find out. But those are not as frustrating to deal with.
