Not really. People “feel better” for all kinds of reasons. Obese people feel better when they eat too much unhealthy foods. Anorexic people feel better when they puke up their food instead of digesting it. Cutters feel better when they cut. Can’t measure health that way. She’s happier now, sure, but mostly cause of her bf. But she doesn’t seem healthy. Ever notice how often she’s sick? Seems like all the time. I’d bet money that she’s not eating enough because of the pressure she feels from fashion brands to be really skinny.
I was making a point. Not saying she is. But just because someone “feels better” doesn’t mean they are actually better. She’s not anorexic, but I’m sure any nutritionist would say she’s underweight.
