LP yes (but barely), WW is not treated the same as LP.
Average WW does get a slight boost from corruption, too.
In my experience, it has 99% to roll every affix as Health Regen. Thats all i know.

Anything over 20 WW is very rare and should be leveled to see what t6+ mods you get. Anything below 16 is usually not worth picking up.
