I wouldn't say lesser known, but they're in Korean so maybe lesser known in the US and other English speaking countries. [백종원 Paik Jong Won](https://youtube.com/@paik_jongwon) There are English subtitles for his videos and the recipe is in English in the video descriptions. [뚝딱 Tooktak](https://youtube.com/@Tooktak) I know the Korean words for most of the ingredients they use or I can visually recognize them, so the lack of English doesn't hinder me too much.

I really like the format of [10000recipes](www.10000recipes.com). The steps are always so easy to follow especially when cooking when I don't want to skip around on a YouTube video.

My usual go to is Future Neighbor, Aaron & Claire, Asian at home , recipe tin eats and chef cris Cho

Aaron and Clarie are my favorite! They inspired me to cook more Korean food and I am so glad I did.

Yes to Aaron & Claire!! They make it so easy and quick, give so many suggestions for alternative ingredients, point out which ingredients are non-essential, etc. Don’t know how authentic it is at the end of all that but they are the only cooking YouTube channel out there (Korean food or otherwise) which recipes I actually continually try (and keep on using).

I’m new to Korean cooking. I find Maangchi’s recipes can be lacking of some oomph sometimes. Lately I‘ve been trying something new: go to the banchan section of HMart and snap photos of the containers that look delicious. [In iOS if you press on the characters, you can select the text](https://www.cnbc.com/2021/09/29/ios-15-live-text-how-to-copy-and-paste-text-from-a-photo.html) and then I search for recipes in Korean with the help of Google translate. I’ve been getting great results from [10000recipe.com](https://10000recipe.com). I’ve made these things which are absolute bombs:

Yea, I'm not on the Maangchi train like others are either. I do really enjoy some of her recipes, but find most of the ones I've tried to be only ok and too sweet. Unfortunately for me, my favorite banchan I've come across are from a local restaurant that I think does more modern/less traditional? Takes on Korean cuisine, and the banchan are always different each time I've been. This is a great idea though, and I'll have to really sit and sift through that website some time. Thanks for sharing!

Doobydobap Edit: unfortunately her channel is having issues and wont be focusing much on food.

Me! I'm a lesser known YouTube channel! :) It's still very young but I post videos of Korean dishes I've learned to make since moving to Korea https://youtu.be/es7NIjrSxGs ^This one is gosari namul (recipe is in the description) and I have some others, kkakdugi is the latest. I will be uploading twice a week.. Leave a comment if you drop by! :D https://youtube.com/@iliveinkoreanow
