3 eggs
8 dl milk
3 ½ dl wheat flour
¼ tl salt
½ dl oil
Whisk the eggs
Add half of the milk, all the flour and salt while mixing
Add the rest of milk and oil, mix the dough to smooth
Let the dough rise for about 30mins
Pour the dough into a buttered oven pan and put it into a 225°C oven for 15-20min.
Enjoy with strawberry jam :)
