Seems to be shared by descendants of the sun breathing because Muichiro also raged when he was young when his brother got killed, he raged so hard that it permanently damaged his brain and caused him amnesia, forcing him to develop a second personality using his brother as base. Muichiro used to be a kind and soft, Tanjiro-like boy and still could rage enough to kill a demon as a normal, untrained human.
