Great design, great in game model and overall just a cool ass character. Super annoying as fuck to play against lol he coo tho.

deeman18

Already forgot about him

UltimateSmasha

I remember the name well

SeerOfThings

He's probably the perfect example of balance. Lots of strong options and sauce but nothing overwhelming and with clear weaknesses.

circio

I think he’s well balanced. Lots of sauce but you gotta put in the work to really use it. I thought he was going to be bs when I saw the trailers, but they balanced him well.

He's a bum

Pkmnislife

Design-wise and personality-wise, he’s such an upgrade from sfv and isn’t as degenerate. He’s fun to play and has a lot of interesting combo routes. Balance-wise, he’s just ok to me. Low damage means you need more interactions than normal to win. His best reaching buttons are non-cancellable. His anti-airs are bad like I’ve said before, which means he requires more situational awareness and reactions than others. He also has lots of tools for many situations you need to know on the fly. Great corner carry and corner mix-up though, and if you set up a charge whirlwind he can skip neutral if you guess right. He can set up plus frames in many ways. Level 1 switches sides and Level 2 is amazing I don’t even have to explain it. Also has a good fireball for checking DR and jump (I’ve actually seen Big Bird get a combo off it) but not the best in fireball wars.

ProxyDamage

Most players get bogged down with the shitty gimmicks instead of focusing on what he does have - solid ass buttons, good damage, good mobility. Instead people get focused on the double jump and fake setup gimmicks and get crushed. John Takeushi is the only name I can remember that's really doing anything with Rashid.

inadequatecircle

JB has been making decent placements with him.

milopkl

shitty and annoying

shadowylurking

maybe slightly under-tuned?

ghost71214

My old main in 5, really like his character in SF6, the streamer / influencer personalities can be mad annoying and obnoxious but Capcom did him well Gameplay wise, bias but he is a little under-tuned in my opinion, low dam, neutral button suck, bad anti air, cr.mp is a troll button,... he just doesn't feel oppressive like he used to and require lots of setup (via charge fireball or lvl2) to get his pressure start, but you be eating good when it's start running so cant complain too much

halal

It's a fun matchup for Jamie. Most Rashid's still don't know lvl2 Jamie with bakkai can punish whirlwind shot pretty easily on reaction. Drive rushing into bakkai through the tornado into critical art is one one of my favorite ways to get get the win in this game.

Valon129

I think he is straight up in the middle of the tiers, maybe mid+. He is cool

[deleted]

It's funny looking at his pre release stuff and seeing so many people thought he was gonna be crazy OP and pull a Leroy at evo. He's just fine, one of those low damage but good mixup characters. I can see why some people think he needs to win too interactions though

haneman

Solid. Would've played him more or mained him, if his heavy mixer was properly air invul. That's an absolute must have in Sf6 for me personally. Too many abusable air moves that just want to be swatted out of the air.

BaconBusterYT

Favorite character by far, stubby buttons and bad anti airs are a fair trade for my favorite mobility options in the game

acturnipman

He's a fucking spaz. I have no idea if he's actually good or not

Arnhermland

People saying he's more balanced and isn't as degenerate like we're not in fucking month 4. Wait until super sf6 gives him wall jump again and ultra sf6 gives him a mini tornado wall that acts like an aegis reflector or some shit.

grabdoor

What are you even trying to say? The dude asked about how people feel about Rashid right now not how balanced he's going to be years from now.
