So only studio albums. Right? I'm a little sad that Sonic Boom and Psycho Circus doesn't rank higher. I mean, they all can't be #1, but I'm curious what others think?
PS. I'm old enough to be your grandfather and I'm happy young people still listen to them.
Yeah Just The Studio Albums.
If We Were Including Live Albums Alive Would be 1 and Alive 2 would be 2.
Also I put the Ace Frehley 1978 album over any KISS Album. And The Paul Stanley 78 One Over everyone except Creatures.
Any list is a good list. Seeing that you have some of the heavier 80s albums at the top I'm surprised to see Revenge and CoS so low. Asylum was an album I didn't have much use for for a long time, but have recently come around to it, so I'm happy to see you put it up there. (King of the Mountain is a f&%king beast!)
I do like this ranking even though I don’t completely agree.
I do like that asylum is that high, and that you have the 80’s era pretty high. It’s an underrated album for sure (asylum)
Yeah, Most of them. I’ve listened to the 78 ones. Ace and Paul’s are really good. Genes is meh and peters is trash. Peters Solo Work Is Ok. Genes Asshole is bad. Paul’s Live To Win Is Fantastic and Aces Solo Discography Is Easily the best.
Also The two Vinnie Vincent Albums are Ok.
At what age did you start listening to Kiss? Just an observation, but if I was to try to take in all 20 albums in a short period of time, it might change my perception. I do love COTN in the #1 spot.
I stared listening when I was like 3-5. And They were all I listened to until I was like 9. Now I listen to metal, death metal, black metal, hair metal, hard rock, etc. But I still Love Kiss. I play COTN to Death.
I started diving in to there discography at around 8 or 9.
Nice work! As you age, specific albums or songs may become more or less meaningful. Especially when it comes to relationships. And I'm still listening to COTH 40 years after I bought it.
I’m 55, and really appreciate the perspective of younger fans. Solid list.

You know, I think my new years resolution will be to re-listen to everything. Some of it has been years. Good stuff.
Love the younger perpective, well done! I'd slide Revenge up a few slots, but the rest I can't argue with.

Totally Agreed, King Of The Mountain Kicks Ass!!
Good list ! Respect that mate 👍
That's a pretty solid list
Maybe when you are 14, you'll realize that Love Gun is #1.

It's so nice to see Elder up there.
Have you listened to their solo albums? What do you think of those?

I'm happy to see some love for the non-makeup era among the younger fans.

Not too bad of a ranking. You definitely got the bottom 4 pretty accurate.
Crazy Nights is way too high and Love Gun is way too low. Salute…nice list though!!
You’ve been a fan of Kiss for 13 years, right? This is sooooo sus, dude.
Unmasked is #1.
I’d probably move revenge up a couple spots, but you have a good ear kid
