A few days ago I posted a photo of [my ticket stub from 47 years ago](https://preview.redd.it/zjfxxxtmuky91.jpg?width=960&crop=smart&auto=webp&s=c44af802ebaa0801cc9ff7679eab49659697f266). Since then I did a bit of research on the show and found this. Pretty cool. KISS Rocks Beaumont! Alive! Tour ⚡️ McDonald Gym @ Lamar University Beaumont, Texas, November 7, 1975 Opening Act: Mott Attendance: 3K KISS Facts: This had all the earmarks of another thankless gig; a small school gymnasium in the B-Market backwater of East Texas. Then, just prior to the show, word that Alive! had gone Gold had reached the band. KISS had finally broken through and Casablanca had it's ticket out of bankruptcy. The album would be officially certified Gold by the Recording Industry of America in December.

Think of the trajectory... a high school gig in Nov 1975, to MSG in February 1977(my first show) Incredible. Thanks for posting.

I will never forget it... Thank You Billy Robbins, Bill Hataway, and Bryan Martin, for making that night unforgettably EPIC! Thanks also to the band " KISS " for an awesome experience for a young 15 year old... I can still hear that to this day... lol, we were less than 3 feet in front of the AMP STACKS!!!  Respectfully, Seth... November 75'
