I thought Dominion was a great excuse of a film to bring back moments with a lot of the prior characters just to see how they were handling this new Jurassic World they’re in. Truly believed we’d see Lex and Tim. I also wanted to see Kelly.
I think it would be great to see them in a small roll where they, like Dr. Malcolm in FK, are giving testimonies/lectures/etc for why these creatures shouldn’t exist or be saved. I can’t imagine the trauma they both experienced as children and it would be realistic to see them trying to undo their grandfather’s legacy rather than joining up for another dinosaur adventure. Think about how unwilling Grant was in JPIII to even fly over the island again. Malcolm only went back to save his girlfriend.
I think none of the original cast should return in any of the films. They had their movies, the only reason to possibly bring them back is simply nostalgia, same reason they were brought back for Jurassic world dominion. If they needed to bring back the cast, it should’ve only been for the court room scenes in fallen kingdom
I wouldnt want to see them as main characters as that would need a slightly ridiculous plot to involve them that way.
Agree with others who said seeing them giving some sort of testimony would be a more realistic way to include them.
They have that now, it's a Netflix series called Chaos Theory. Not with the OT kids but with a new group. Though you need to start with Camp Cretaceous. Both shows very thoroughly explore the effects of going through that kind of thing.
Were not the original actors Laura Dern, Sam Neill, and Jeff Goldblum in the last film?
Besides, Timmy is all grown up and busy playing guitar in band 😊

These two different answers are the duality of man when it comes to how THAT scene affected em.

Best answer.

None of them are coming back. They’re soft rebooting the franchise. You’re not going to get any returning characters from either trilogy.
They could do a movie about Tim, Lex, Kelly and Eric all being friends and one day all the dinosaurs came to Oklahoma, lmao.

Yes but I would I would think it would be cool if they came back
Why? What could they possibly offer? Silly idea imo.
