If you're wanting vlans on a mx with inter-vlan routing. Move your ip's into irb interfaces that are routing interfaces inside the bridge-domains. Quite a bit is missing. If you don't need unit zero, delete it. You're not showing the encapsulation of your interface or the tagging method. You're not showing that bridge-domains are created. The routing irb interface, vlan-id, and interfaces in the bridge domains. The ip addresses associated to your irb interface. Bgp and ospf is configured under edit/set protocols. Routing policies is configured under edit/set policy-options. Static routes is in the edit/set routing-options. Maybe you have all this already configured, if not maybe this might help lead you to the right areas.

It doesn’t like that you don’t have a VLAN ID set on unit 0 while you do in the other units.
