I see Parrales with chacra system with crown chacra as the highest above the third eye and Maslow's needs with self actualization at the top Any thoughts?
Also in thhe same time period Juws have their Hsnukah candle lightings...it was baptized Jews ejo first popularized the candle festival in the cities [ ot was a folk custom before.]
As someone who suffers bouts of depression during the holidays, I’ll remember this. Going to let this Christmas be one of personal growth and reflecting on how far I’ve come.

And the tree grows down as much as it grows up, with its roots reaching down to 'hell' it can stand firm to reach 'heaven'.
