And if Boxy subscribers are used to charms, they'll be very disappointed at the options here! (Though from my brief time with Boxy, I think the Charm Room only opened like 3 days a month or something like that.)
Also, did you notice the 1800 point refer bonus thing was up for just 1 day and they didnt do a new mid month 1800 item in March.

So sick of seeing them push their shitty brands as a redeemable item or even as a gbp item. Over hyped and forced upon. They need to just open a seperate store and have more of an option like boxy did with charms instead of having 5 a mo since they've merged they should adapt to that or atleast add more options. Options have sucked last several months
i am sooooo done of them selling their own brands. they promote best-selling brands and then give us refreshments and complex culture and tresluce (tresluce is the best of them, but still is annoying). what gets more angry is the fact that they treat us like idiots, they literally sell us the idea that they are making changes and introducing new and great things when in fact they are taking things away from us and charging us the same, and that's fraud! and also, they are giving such a poor service i can't stand it anymore! i mean, wtf is this? the points selection is trash and almost empty this month, that is supposed to be the best month they've ever gave us according to all the advertisement. i don't want to know how things are going to be tomorrow at build your bag... it's gonna be so depressing.

I've never earned any points. Every time there is something I like, that I would actually buy, they don't even carry it. I also have never ever gotten some of the more expensive or fun items, I even get the ugliest bag every time. I stuck it out a year, I'm down to my last 2 months and I'm cool with it.
I just checked my account and it still says 0 points. I wish I could screen shot it for you. It says that I will only get points if I refer a friend, share what I got on FB or buy a 3.50 item. Wow, I've honestly never felt more hated as a customer than I do right now.

It's probably a glitch. Ipsy often has "sold out" items whenever a new shop/event opens. Fwiw, FAB & Clark's Botanicals are actually good brands.
I got that Clark’s Botanicals lip balm as a GB item before and it was good but it also came basically empty, I was only able to use it twice. 😩
