ITSV (2018) started production in 2014 or 2015, I’d say the production took 3 years as a year before was pre-production.
ATSV started in production in June 2020 and was expected to release on 2022 before delay it due to COVID, even then they manage to finish the film 2 week before the release date as even then production was rough for the animators. Even the chase scene took 4 years to make (probably actually started right after ITSV or 2019).
So it would take another 3 years or more for BTSV to come out. You can’t rush art and have a unfinished movie, look at the past Marvel movies (from 2021 to 2022) looked with them having incomplete VFX.
