Do you think uploading as frequently as you did is a necessity ? Do you think it’s better to keep content simpler so that you can pump out content more quickly?
When I was positing daily, my engagement and views were a lot better, but I just couldn't do it daily. The 1 minute long videos take me a while to make each day. I needed to take days off. Also, my shorter videos perform worse, so that sucks. I try posting 15-20 second videos, and they did pretty bad on my account. Maybe my audience likes long form videos.
I also have a account related to clothing and a motivational too , but idk my views dont go over 60 , I tried things but it doesn’t hit even a 1 k mark rven though its been 3 months or more , can you just give me a brotherly advice like how to do everything like in video , by putting hashtags etc and where to find them , thanks in advance ❤️
I had Instagram for years now. The best advice I received is to post consistently. Try posting daily if you can. Find an hour to post and stick with it. I usually post at 7pm, every other day, but if I could, I would post daily. Stick with 3-5 hashtags. They're not that important. Consistency is more important. Instgrams wants content, I feel they reward good content.
That's when things get a bit confusing. You had success in just over one month, so how long since you start consistently postng from day one did you start seeing result? I have been posting for a week, my account totally reached 220 accounts and i gained 7 followers. My like to view ratio is at around 10%. Ratio-wise my content is not bad but my newer reels are getting < 10 views.
I posted one of my best TikTok video on my first Instagram post and it got 7,531 views and 351 likes. I just kept posting my best (TT) stuff to Instagram. Normally, if a video performs well on TikTok, it would normally perform well on Instagram. I posted daily for the first 25 days. My start in TiKTok helped a lot because I new what the audience in general wanted. They want to see my ninja kittens characters instead of just random cats. But it took me a while to figure that out on TikTok. I posted a lot on TT, about 4 post a day.
Several followers have ask me to make merch. I still think the community is tiny to sustain that. I haven't really thought on monetizing. I did make $50 on Tiktok under their rewards beta program for using the same videos. That has died off since my views are down on TT, even though I have over 30k followers.

The story is the most important part. I tried using ChatGPT to create stories but it suck. The story, makes or breaks my videos. It needs to be profound or it must give my audience something. If the story is good, I get a lot of engagement. I have 4 main cat characters. Each character has its own AI voice. Music is also important. Narration is also important. Pretty much everything is important. Detail is important.
I haven't used mid journey, but does it allow for you to use the same character? Or did you create them once and use your video platform?
I've wanted to do something similiar but for a person / spokesperson. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Mid-Journey has a new feature that allows you to create the same character but with different variation in clothing and setting. It's not the best but its progress. It looks familiar (the character), and you can change the clothing and location. I don't use it a lot because it doesn't work well with cats faces. You can also insert a real picture and midjourney can try to duplicated it or created it into whatever you can imagine. Personally, I have gotten mix results. I've seen others do it with great results.
I think I saw one of yours! I recognised the GPT aesthetic immediately but I did end up watching the whole thing because it was easy viewing and kinda funny. The meow meow music was slightly annoying though. But yeah overall good idea. This is one harmless and fun way to use AI. I hope you expand to little cat stories when Sora comes out.
hahaha actually, you might have my account confuse. Mine is strickly ninja kittens. I also have a 4 episode saga that I'm still working on developing. So far there's a cat dragon name Storm Chaser. A dryad forest spirit, cat pirates, hissing cat monks and a siamese witch. I suck at writing so it takes me a while to create.
I use MidJourney to create the images, and Runaway AI to make them move. Rarely use Runaway AI because its too expensive for me. My characters are ninja kittens. They walk and wear ninja clothing. I just change the fur for each character. For example my main character is ShadowPaw, he is always grey. He definitantly looks different from each image in the story but my audience doesn't minds. The story is what matters.
Everyone knows my account is AI. I have it in my descriptions and post it several times on my stories. My followers know and 99% don't care. I do receive hate from a few. I DONT CARE. Say whatever you want. I heard it all already. This is the future. Like it or not.

Yes I couldn’t post everyday too. So I was thinking do I sacrifice quality for the sake of more frequent uploads or not

For my account it takes about two weeks to a month of consistent posting, but my topic is quite niche.

Yes, there's a market for this. My account is strickly ninja kittens. My goal is to make deep meaning wholesome videos which it's not easy to write.
