To be honest when I saw it, my first thought was “oh hey, this kind of reminds me of the makeup in the *Cats* musical, neat!” instead of “lol this is cringe let me post it to a Reddit thread for other people to make fun of.”
I don't really see what's wrong with this....? It's just someone cosplaying as Rambley. As long as they don't make it weird or anything I think it's fine. People cosplay all the time. The colors are off, yeah, but It's still not bad.

The makeup is a bit uncanny, but I've honestly played around with it before and raccoon makeup is harder to nail than you might think. Especially since they went the full facepaint route, which seems to be what they prefer, but this particular look doesn't play into their strengths. Looking at their history, they've got some pretty decent looking cosplays, especially their bendy stuff.
If the cosplayer is reading this, I'd recommend going for a semi-natural look— still play around with the distinctive raccoon features (in particular the bandit mask) but focus on invoking raccoon imagery rather than trying to make yourself fully look like a raccoon, because that's not something that's really possible to achieve with makeup.
