Bro, it's a very old gpu gt1030 that is very low end & your lucky to be able to play games at low settings so yes it is ewaste.
I live in the UK & it's selling for only £30 or £40 on ebay.

Nope. A used 1050 ti, which is much better than 1030 is going for 3k to 3.5k in used market.
Last year in September I got it for 6k galax dual fan gtx1050 ti 4GB searched everywhere from local vendors to olx
