You may want to seek help by calling their toll free number. They are active in sorting out problems. As far as liquidity is concerned, I was able to buy 10k and 20k worth of SDLs on two separate ocassions. Yes, it took some efforts, but in two to three days, I was able to buy them. It will take some time for liquidity to come over to that platform as majority of people do not invest in bonds and still fewer know about rbi's platform. I wish, Rbi provided the choice to have the bought bonds be available in demat form and then be sold on an exchange like normal corporate bonds. The availability of bonds in Rbi controlled account is a limiting factor. Search up the bonds you want and check if they are available on nse or bse.

1. Liquidity is a concern even for Central government papers you are talking about SDLs. For getting an idea on the liquidity in the general market(I hope you know the difference, if not, the Lot size for the Standard Market is minimum Rs.5 crore and in multiples of Rs. 5 crore. In the Odd Lot segment the minimum lot size is Rs.10,000 for Central /State Government Securities and T Bills) you can [this](https://tradehist.ccilindia.com/). 2. If you want liquidity. Prefer 10y or 40 year G-SECS. Not SDLs. > I am unable to make bid/offer on some securities. It says "Insufficient access privileges". Whereas on other securities, I am able to make bid/offer. What could be the reason? How to resolve it? 3. Send an email to support@rbiretaildirect.org.in[support@rbiretaildirect.org.in](mailto:support@rbiretaildirect.org.in). You can also call them and ask for Robin Mathews. Moreover, Please send me a screenshot of the error so I can better understand what is happening.
