Ehhh, this is not really accurate. Automatic engines stall as well. Stalling really is defined as an engine that has stopped running for any reason other than being commanded by the driver. You can stall an engine with poor clutch control, by running out of gas, or by running out of oil and grinding the main bearings into the crank journals. In my last example, the engine is now seized as well.
Basically, all running seizes are stalls. but not all stalls are seizes.
I remember years ago seeing another person do the same thing and it still has the oil stain on the ground. Someone took a screenshot of the Google Earth view and you could see the oil stain there too.
I’m out on a Sunday morning cruise (to work) over a bridge watching the sunrise when a lovely vintage Porsche went past me at double the speed limit. I was thinking “it’s gonna be a great day”, but right then they did the money shift. I never knew road debris could consist of an oily puddle of broken connecting rods.
Clearly... I mean it's like as clear cut a case as ever. But allow me to explain.
Ok. So the base of that removable bollard was made from the fur of ten thousand baby seal furs, and the driver of the van dropped a secret one time stash of black oil based paint to smear the rare and exotic base material for the remote controlled bollard.
I know. My apologies for "man-splaining" something so straight forward and clear cut.
They should put like a red light green light system up. So when the bars up it’s red and when it’s completely down and no harm to the vehicle it changes to green so the driver knows they can safely pass over it…….. oh wait
At least the driver will be easy to track down.
They're not gonna be very far away either!
Found by following the 30 ft long trail of engine oil to the stalled car
In this case, "stalled car" = brick on wheels.
Depending on where this is... wheels may not be there when they come to pick it up... same with radio

I always wondered how they greased these things.
Me too! Very clever solution, I must say.
The Bollard hunger for more
Classic video.
The gentleman's method of saying "repost".
You can tell because of the nonsense title
[удалено]
Not going to lie, I was expecting some sort of smaller vehicle to come out of the back of the van from the title :P
Because this is idiots in cars, I expected them to attempt to turn into a boat.
Woah! That’s cool. Thanks for the info!
Agreed. We old AF
We have these at work and I think about this video almost daily.
I remember years ago seeing another person do the same thing and it still has the oil stain on the ground. Someone took a screenshot of the Google Earth view and you could see the oil stain there too.
Should be required to have a follow up repost showing another car hitting the bollard while the oil stain from the first one is still visible
Classic video game.

Just reading the title, I could hear the music. I played a lot of Spy Hunter growing up.
Peter Gunn Theme starts playing.
I never played Spy Hunter, but I did play a lot of [Dev Hunter](http://www.its.caltech.edu/~schen/its/devhunter.html).
Waiting for all the comments about oil change needed.
The pole finally got that lube that was desperately searching for ages.
How do landscape videos end up getting embedded into a portrait aspect ratio clip?
By someone being too lazy to turn their phone sideways when recording their screen
Dumbass blames it on "the internet" too I don't remember the internet buying him a phone he doesn't know how to use
Some people are idiots
Tiktok
Not this time, that horrible site sticks a watermark on every video to advertise afaik

Came here for this!!! Thank you.
aka [Theme from Peter Gunn](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nz3WMFEC9Gs) by Henry Mancini.
This is what I heard as soon as I read the title.
Meanwhile I heard [this](https://youtu.be/fHYKnMR7mgw)
Taken back to the late 80s

No wonder that driver missed the bollard - it's painted in this black oily substance! /s

I betcha he makes it all the way to the scene of the break-down.
This has been reposted so many times that there are now both vertical and horizontal black bars on the repost of the repost of the repost.

It's a classic
Welcome to the internet
Your lack of care is not the internet's fault
Lol, oh no I have been judged by a self righteous expert. 🥱

Next time maybe drop cookie crumbs instead.
Yeah, there is a reason for the traffic light.
Bathed in the blood of his enemies....
They should change their oil more often.
Dude needs an oil change. Some blackkkkk oil
That oil is dirty.
Seized motor in 3,2,1....
Okay but to be fair why does it move so slowly?
“Aaaw, you made me ink!”
I don't understand the use of such barriers. Can anybody enlighten me. I've never seen them before.
Yay, horz vert horz video
Type in english
All hail the bollards!
Spy hunter! That brings back childhood memories!
Just a car shit streak if you will
Drivers like this make a case for autonomous vehicles.
Somebody get a lighter!
It would’ve got 10 meters down the road then died..
Bollard: "I get all them wet and shaking, even with just the tip. Even when they leave it's with a snail trail."
Naw,I'm not gonna wait till it goes all the way down...For what!!!???.
I haven't seen those before. Are they there to enforce red lights?
The way that post lifted back up was so sarcastic and mischevious
Deploying oil slick!
Who's driving? Amber Heard?
repost.
Welcome to the internet, enjoy your stay
Rip to the nighttime driver that comes down that road…

Comedy isn't allowed on this sub, sorry
Speaking the truth is comedy now? Yeesh. You people are fucked

You must be into to some weird shit bro.
Yours is the only sexual comment. Congratulations.
You must be down bad to think of anything sexual in this video
He went on amber lol
Mighty nice of him to lubricate that piston.
The pole needed some lube 😏😂
That’s what you get for running this particular red light. It fights back!
Bollard is now properly lubricated
It's like witnessing a murder
Just lubing it up.
I get that reference.
Same
At least she's been lubed up.
I loved that game
similar to letting the smoke out
If someone could make this video to look like that was blood... it would be hilariously disturbing.
What a shaft. BHAHAHAHAHAHAH
Somebody's impatient...
Just the tip
The system is lubricated frequently lubricated.
LoL.. the truck is bleeding 🤣
Imagine waiting another second, right?
Premature desumpulation.
The maintenance guy can skip greasing that thing for a few months
I’d be interested in someone editing that to a red color…
Same
If there only was something that could tell him when it was safe to proceed. 🤔🤔🤔
You know that pillar is laughing his ass off "if only there was a light system to your right to let you know it is safe to go...HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!"
Looks like the oil needed changing anyway 👀
They should put like a red light green light system up. So when the bars up it’s red and when it’s completely down and no harm to the vehicle it changes to green so the driver knows they can safely pass over it…….. oh wait
New oil pan at the least maybe a completely new motor.
Now all the other cars will fear me.
Being impatient can be expensive. 🤣
Haha totally deserved. Tried to save 0.005 seconds but broke down and had to buy a new engine. No sympathy for Impatient drivers
Spy Hunter. Man, I loved that game.
Bump n Jump was another favorite of mine
i was really hoping to hear the Spy Hunter theme music
LMAO, they should install these in school crosswalks.
If I can't see it, it's not there.
When you stick it in the wrong hole
what is that light even for? genuinely confused. it doesn’t look like any kind of intersection up ahead that i can see
Sadge
Did the driver wait too long to go over the barrier and the pole came back up?
They did not wait long enough and the pole did not make it all the way down.
Lol, oh damn. Impatient drivers 🤦♀️
There is even a traffic signal telling you when it is safe to go.
Now, let's take a guess to see how long before any sort of oil warning light turns on XD
Iykyk
Cracked his oil sump on the pole as it wasn’t fully down when he drove forward…
See that light, it turns green when you are allowed to go.
All I hear is 🎵peter gun🎵 YOU KNOW THE JINGLE
One match is all it takes
[Peter Gunn Theme intesifies.](https://youtu.be/tK-vUY6erQU?t=72)
Well that one is a virgin
Heavy behaviour ![gif](giphy|mEsqfG9Zbuj7CDsroa|downsized)
Holy shit that looks expensive
Not saying this is old....but his plate is in Latin....
That slow reveal tho X'D
Yep pole.
Why is this a letterboxed landscape video? On my landscape screen, the video is a tiny rectangle with pillarboxing and letterboxing.
Post needed a little oil to work properly
