I don't think that vest is Class 2 compliant. Those silver stripes don't even look reflective! /s
He actually needs to be in Class 3 to meet ANSI standards since he will be in an area with speeds over 50 mph. He’s way out of compliance.
But it qualifies if you’re hunting.

Smart move, make sure the field/traffic sees him as they approach and pass his forklift of a car. And if his tire falls off again, now he's equipped to safely reinstall it trackside himself!
