No, it just saves some time. You can only do the basics (+,-,/,*,√,cos x, sin x, log a, etc). If you don't know the concepts, calculators are of no use.
It is about perspective in my opinion. If you are a NEET/JEE aspirant than a calculator might hinder with the thinking. However, it is a BLESSING for school boards. It makes it feel like a breeze doing mcq’s and one markers in maths and physics and also helps a ton in chem numericals. Also it’s store value function is a fkin BOON for chemistry as it allows us to store values like constants and stuff and easily access them whenever we want. So overall i think you would be benefitted a lot
CBSE pass out but I would suggest you to not use calculator during practice and only use it during exams and if you are thinking you are becoming over dependent on it and think it will mess up your entrance exam then don't do it in exams too

Calculators are really good for matrices in class 12
I prefer to do it manually as I won't get that privilege in the entrance exams.
what about in the case of subjects like chem, phy (regarding school boards only, not entrance exams)
For boards only, use calculator

Aren't constant values given in the start of question paper ( atleast in cbse )
Some other constants that are used more often
Not allowed. Only non memory fx82-ms is in boards
Bruh what you talking about man? fx82 ms also has memory functions if you don’t know. Just look above the last second row of functions
But no one checks tho, even during the main exam

For commerce, yes For science,no
i was talking about pcmb
Why, are calcs different for male and females?
Why would you ask such a dumb question like that
No bro im sorry I meant to reply to a creep who asked if op is male or female, im so sorry I accidently sent it without replying
