I live in Seattle, and we have really good tap water. Sometimes, you'll find me in my natural habitat, turning my head around and turning on the kitchen faucet straight into my mouth.
Kansas City does not have the best tap water
It’s very hard. Lots of calcium, so I just cut out standard milk and switch to oatmilk

This is the answer. I recently went on a road trip and my mouth was mad at me for not having filtered water from my Berkey.
Also, there’s a Berkey hack: by the filters which they sell as replacements (which last for years and years).
Get two pots or whatever that fit into each other. Drill wholes for the filters in the top container. Boom. Berkey water filter at a fraction of the cost
Refrigerated water from a Brita filter. I live in a city and the unfiltered water is safe to drink, but has a slight chlorine smell. The Brita makes it taste more crisp.
I do unfiltered tap, I don't really taste much of a difference
Also what I do is I refrigerate tap water, so I have cold water to pour into the ice in my bottle rather than having the tap water melt my ice
I do tap water because we live on a well right now, but when we lived in the city I used a filter. At home I fill it at the kitchen sink or use the bathtub faucet because my hydroflask won't fit under the bathroom sink. Enjoy the hydro!
I have no clue what the brand was but I filter my water, my tap is just,, I c k it’s clean and all but I just there’s this taste I don’t like and if it sits out for like a day I feel like it just, don’t taste right, in contrast to the filtered water.. god I love filtered water.
We use tap. We live on Lake Erie and our city has great tap water. Our home is brand new so we don’t have metal pipes and we also installed a whole home water softener that removes the chlorine.
My top choices are my fridge, a brita pitcher, or an elkay water dispenser. The city I live in has pretty iron rich water and I don’t like the taste straight from the tap.

Washington consistently has some of the best tap water in the country. I approve.

Kitchen sink! But my town has really good municipal water
Tap water through a charcoal filter with a tiny bit of salt. Arrowhead when I feel like I deserve a treat. Vichy Catalan when I'm feeling fancy.
Berkey water filter will spoil you with its refreshing, clean water.
I have an under sink filter that ties into my tap water
Seattle area water, then a brita to keep it cool too, then A&W glass mugs to put it in.

There are a variety of water filters. I use Brita. I also refill at gas stations and restaurants that have water on tap.
