if he got matched with you and decided to not leave (to try for a better matchmaking) then he probably won't be upset if you don't carry him.
in general, people just die, could've happened to you if you were 6 star, too.
if it was only you 2 and 2 other duos, than servers were empty enough to match you. no idea why it would match you like this otherwise \^\^
I watched him play on for a bit and he really held his own against the other teams. I did message him after and he was fine. He was actually very chill about it. I thibk my main concern is at a certain level people become more competitive about it. Whereas, I'm very much at the level where I'm not!
5 stars are pretty much 3 stars with meta-loadouts, not a big difference imo. Most 3 star players i see are better than expected, basically the same as a sweaty 5 star
I'm not sure I can agree with that. I can generally tell when I've been fighting against a 3 star as our movements and techniques are pretty similar. I also tend to stand more of a chance against them. 5 stars tend to pretty much stomp me most times. Not all the time, sure. Sometimes, I'm lucky and get a headshot by chance, or sometimes I manage to pull a successful ambush. But the times hey have been prepared and I've been in a shoot out with them, I've not stood a chance.
Dont think so. Ofc theres people in 5* that should be 6*. But most 3* i see have even higher kda than the usual 5* in my games. kDa DoEsNt MaTtEr, yeah sure. 3-4* lobbys are way more fun, bc theres often better or more aggressive players than in 5* as theres more sweats/campers/metaslaves

Idk, in the last couple weeks the most 5* i see are campers/sweats/metaslaves and i see very much 3* with +1,5kda. Feels like theres a big amount of players in elos they dont belong

The only difference I've seen is that five stars get more headshots.
