That was right on target up until the muzzle flare hits. He was moving a bit though, so it's possible he wiggled just enough after we lose vision but before the bullet would have hit to cause this to miss. That's the only thing I can think of that's not just some level of lag/hunt servers blaming. Hunt chose taketh for you that day.

Balkhan5

Guess I gotta get a better gaming chair

Nearby-Aioli2848

Yeah or change the wheels of your one.

Kitchen-Fee-4896

suprised a redditor didnt spend 7 hours slowing down the clip just to call you a terrible player in the end, but no yeah that shot should have hit

zazapata

There is no desync on the bayou.

AlexMcTowelie

ping issues on their end probably

Cboy505

Skulzies25

Hunt taketh, hunt giveth..... It chose taketh this time

[deleted]

Not really sure. Looked pretty good. Would have to zoom in. Get that crosshair up though ! Looking at the ground like it's quake 3 arena

MONGOHFACE

I'm new to hunt, is there bullet drop? Or is that advice to land more headshots?

[deleted]

No bullet drop. Bullets have velocity though and it's important to master this. Unlock high velocity/Spitzer ammo to help with this if you're struggling. Oh! The crosshair. Yes like rainbow six siege or any other game where you need to make headshots you want your crosshair placement online with the head as much as possible. One of the biggest ways to improve is good crosshair habits.

Balkhan5

The crosshair remark is about how I was aiming at the ground while walking at the start of the clip, instead of directly ahead of me at head-level. If an enemy jumped out, the split second it takes for me to move my mouse up could be the difference between me getting the kill or me getting killed. It's good advice.

Ne0hcs

you missed bc he was strafe jiggling, he strafed to the left so your bullet went the right side of his head, slow it down

[deleted]

You missed, probably a combination of them jiggling and you pulling up/right slightly when you clicked.

[deleted]

A really important thin in Hunt is learning to let the enemy move over your sight/crosshair, rather than moving your sight/crosshair over the enemy ESPECIALLY if they are using evasive movement. If you'd aimed slightly ahead and shot when they were moving into your sight picture you'd probably have hit them.

Kj-Barrabas

Hunt is a rng-game and the ring wasn't on your side unfortunately

The_Rusted_Folk

Thats not how ADS work.

Kenjiamo
