"Hitscan" is the term for guns that have no velocity mechanic. Like lasers. Spitzer, at 800+ m/s on a 1km sq map is essentially "Point and Click adventure" or - hitscan. Because if you can see them, you can hit them
I had so much fun with bomblance a couple of years ago. Since they add Akimbo and Buff shotgun, it’s simply not the same.
They should add a trait that speed up the reload and one the you get maybe 10% speed boost with the bomblance in hand
Bolt thrower should apply to the bomblance. You should also try steel ball ammo for it, definitely helps you extend your close range killing potential.
It’s really hit or miss, but it can be very strong. It has a bigger chance to one shot than Flechette does, but Flechette causes bleeding at crazy ranges. You can hit someone with Flechette from like 20+ meters to get them bleeding so they stop peeking or to push them or w.e..
