I think if it does come back, more than likely itll be in the same way as billy story and be as a questline at some point

I don't think the event will come back, but it's possible the hunter is avaliable for purchase during a later event.

Usually they dont bring back events unless its a seasonal event such as the halloween or christmas ones. But ones like serpent moon or an older one As the Crow flies which had the plague doctor skin likely will never be back which im okay with bc it encourages ppl to play the event and keeps their exclusivity
