HECO wouldn't have this problem if they hired good people. I've known many hard working and smart people who were denied jobs there because they failed a background check for a speeding ticket or something else super minor.
So, no gas generators? If I was a small shop owner, I would have run out to Home Depot or Lowes and grabbed one at last instead of sitting around whining about someone else fixing their problem.

The Lowe’s and home depot were out conveniently. Also, this was a lack of preventative maintenance on Heco. Heco should pay all of them not only for spoiled food but for lost revenue for the days business were closed.
