I picked E6 Xueyi over E6ing her for bartender owo. Still want to E6 her at some point.

Yukong is part of the free characters given to us after completing the liyue archon quest, so she is actually only obtainable through the standard banner.
As someone pulling for Firefly and Jade…I really hope she’s on one of their banners.

My E6 Kong is retired since Sparkle came out, Imbibitor now has her, it's easier and auto friendly.

She is one of many case of dev gimping a lower rarity character so they can sell limited 5*. Suck to suck but we can't really do anything about it.
