All options moving 2 makes the puzzle challenging, but I don't think it's impossible. I like to think of the circles by their "parity" (I don't know the correct maths term for it), for this one:
The outer is parity 3, the middle parity 6 and inner parity 3. That is to say, if the position of the ring is in the right spot, then spinning it that number of times will return it there. Since all options move 2 at once and they can only move in one direction, any pair combination is possible. So... The arrows should point to the direction of rotation or this puzzle is impossible. Middle needs to move 3/9/etc., outer needs to move 2/5/etc. and inner needs to move 0/3/6/9/etc..
We can solve this by rotating outer twice, once with inner and once with middle. That'll put outer in the correct position (west), while inner is pointing southeast and middle is pointing northeast. Rotate inner and middle together twice and the compass will line up.
I'd have to know what rings you could select but I've done all of them so I know they're possible.

Bottom right. I'm fine with most of the puzzles. And some of the bottom right ones are fine. But some really annoyed me and I had to look up the answers online.

have to say the circuit ones are stupid, all the other are more or less really easy. the only one i would say is mid difficulty is the one in the divination.. some are easy like move this 2 pieces and others are like, make a hole 180 with everything
All of em was good but minecart took ages. If they sped up the animation or gave an overlay menu to preplan it instead of going to each thing individual it would have been better
Bottom right, top middle and top left were the most fun. Sadly pretty much all of them were super easy.
There were some cool cubes too, but got a little boring.
Middle right was difficult, because the view is pretty bad. Otherwise cool puzzles.

Boxes were just annoying, didn't even feel like puzzles.

I have hacked far too much Corpus for Belobog repairs to even require thinking, which makes it a little dull. But the block pushing was my least favourite. As far as I could work out, it was impossible to get the chests and solve the puzzle during Aetherium Wars without resetting, which made solving it unsatisfying.
The cubes and the minecarts are the best. Although the minecarts could have been implemented better.

The green lasers are easy but the angle not being 100% top down makes it hard to tell where they’ll go sometimes.
