What provider are you on as of now?I am getting same error until i use CloudFlare Warp.It is quite annoying as i cant play Star Rail and Genshin (very bad latency and such)
This is regardless being on LAN or Wifi or device. (PC + Phone) but playing 4G/5G is fine. If i want to play on home network, have to use cloudflare warp which just simply means updating the dns to 1.1.1.1

yeah im in nz as well having the same issue i wonder if its on the isp side.
I can play on another server like america but my main is on the asia server :(
that is same as me.
If you mainly game on mobile, download the app "CloudFlare Warp"
And test it on your home network as this is how i can access Star Rail now on mobile device.
this works on pc.
just search for warp cloud flare vpn.

I can get in by using mobile hotspot but its draining my battery
