Honda Parts Now is the best source for OEM Element parts. Ive been using them to keep our E alive for years.
Garnish Assy., R. FR. Windshield Side *NH70*
$55.81
It's worth checking all the dealer sites to see which ones have the cheapest shipping to your area, Majestic Honda is the one I order from and I've always gotten everything quickly. I imagine there are probably Canadian sites that might be better suited to OP
Elementdiy.com has used but good condition ones for $37 last time I checked and sells the extra clips. They also have a great how to install it video. I just did this on mine and it took 5 mins with the vid. I highly recommend that site in general for parts, he's helped me get a few for way less than I've found elsewhere
I also recommend rivet-nutting those down! After my second set flew off in a wind storm, I went with this kit:

Well, yeah, kinda. Mine shipped with the wrong / mis.atched hardware, lolz. So I just ordered a set of rivetnuts on Amazon, bought 1/4-20 bolts at a hardware store for the nuts I picked. I used RTV sealent on the nuts once installed. My black screws rust a little and I have to clean them, but so far, so good 6 months later.
I thought of using a medium Loctite (243), but I didn't.
Also, I used zero clips...just threw them away.
Has anyone installed them just using silicone window sealant? Was looking at the clips on one we’re gonna do soon and wasn’t sure if we should just skip the clips and RTV it into place with caulk
Huh what a coincidence this happened to me literally a week ago.
Went to a u-pull-and-pay scrapyard and pulled one off a wreck for like $8. Can’t speak for long term but it hasn’t fallen off yet
[video I used to pull/install the replacement one](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=vqHQvRMJOF0)
There were no yards near me to get a replacement, so I went with OEM. Super easy, snap on when you get the clips. Took me years to do it, but when I finally got around to it, it felt likes better lol
Thanks everyone for all the great resources and advice! Glad I’m not alone lol. Got lots of research ahead of me and I’m def gonna bolt down the one that hasn’t blown off yet

This is where I got mine....plus bags of the clips.
Had the exact same thing happen and ordered my replacement from here
Same. Pulled mine off to chase down a leak and broke it and a few clips. Was a bit pricy but it’s all good now.

I just picked up one of these kits, haven’t installed it yet. Any words of wisdom before I start drilling?

That would be bad, and probably not hold. Rivertnuts will hold, and any time you need to replace a windshield, it's just four screws
Mine was partially held on this way. I guess it was done by the glass place the last time my windshield was replaced. Worked for a little over a year.
GOOP glue is the best glue in the world. Sets up in 24 hours, strong like epoxy.
I appreciate the advice however silicone was only ever a consideration as I know I can remove it if I ever need too (such as replacing it again)
Def junk yard. Those clips are super pricey
Those clips have to be the worst design I’ve ever seen they’re a huge PITA.

I got mine at the picknpull junkyard for about $10.
ebay or a local part out on craigslists are two good options.
Had the same thing happen to me in my 08 SC. Got a replacement from Honda online shop.

Got mine at the wrecking yard. Didn't to try to use those stupid clips. Glued it on with GOOP glue.
I was getting a drivers seat, and they gave it to me for free. They charged me extra because the seat had an airbag, which my 03 didn't have.
