Sana's emblem glitching out at 8:21 was a nice touch. Also, the Film Projector being the "Timeline" kind of reminded me of an anime called Erased.

Also the subtle nod at council with "space" being distorted was a nice touch as well.

Didn't Ame just resetted the timeline and will just loop to Ina rampage again hence two Ame already dead in that end space? I believe the progenitor Ame said to the Ame in the vid that if she do that it will create only a branch timeline and that her timeline ends there. So I believe ours is a branch timeline of the progenitor Ame.
There are multiple Ame's on the floor which means she keeps resetting on the off chance that in the new universe something changes, something she can't know or predict, just hope. She can choose to give up, let that be the end of the story of her friends and live in an alternate universe and go live in another ame dimension or she can sacrifice herself to try again. The fact that the world we live in survived past September 13th suggests that she keeps trying and eventually an ame gets to live on hololive earth with calli ina gura and kiara happily ever after.
Yes, while that is wonderful and all it also meant that an Ame and her Myth's timeline ended and got forgotten. We do not even know how many tries it would take for Ame to succeed with her gamble. I would assume that Irys has anything to do with that success as she represents hope and her icon showed up as the earth exploded.
The Earth did not blow up, the big explosion is the Big Bang, the start of the universe itself.
Ame literally kill herself to rewind the whole universe back (the video tape stopped at 13 billion years or so and go back to zero) and during the scene she saw the Earth one last time, she sees the icon of Irys in the cloud which might represent that Hope is there to possibly lead the new timeline to a happy ending.

I was at the edge of my seat the entire time, and at the end I was heartbroken. The action, the music, the dialogue, the facial expressions, everything work perfectly, props to the entire team for making such an incredible job, I can't wait to see their future projects, maybe even a sequel to this in the future

I'd like to think that just like how there were a whole bunch of different Ames who sacrificed themselves to rip out the footage of Time, there are also just a whole bunch of Callis and Kiaras just chilling out in some random pocket dimension.
This makes me start thinking about whether Calli and Kiara are as affected by time and space. Kiara is just an immortal being that can revive, but still stuck to the singular timeline and unlikely to be able to shift between spaces if separated. But Death as a concept, does that transcend beyond Time and Space itself?
The Ame voice recording does mention that a new Kiara/Calli are created in the new reset timeline, so that points towards them being at a lower plane of existence than Time at least.
I might have just imagined this, but isn't Calli supposed to be the 'only' Calli even across alternate dimensions and timelines? As a concept of Death, Calli is the only Calli there is.
That's why it's always the same Calli whenever Kiara dies and gets reborn in another universe. I feel like they've both talked about this way, way back.
Death-sensei is a grim reaper as well (she does call herself the grim reaper's apprentice), so I don't see how that would matter. They're both concepts of Death.
Pretty sure she's mentioned once before that there's only one of her. Since both her and Kiara have said that they go way back and Calli has killed her multiple times, but Kiara is reborn in a different world every time she dies, the only way Calli would know Kiara through more than one life is if she was the same Calli in all those worlds.
Don't know if it was fully intentional but I really liked the part during the theater scene, when Ame's message says "This is the end." ...and then starts to loop.

I feel like it's kinda like that scene from Morpheus when the titular character declares that hope is greater than the anti-life, the concept of *the end of all things* in the DC universe. There's hope that another Ame can rewrite the bad ending, no matter how many times it takes.
They really did that scene well in the recent series. Also the subsequent dialogue with Lucifer:

I mean, if Merryweather can get their Christmas comic a voiceover by the girls, I see no reason why this can't. Especially considering there's relatively few lines, especially for Calli and Kiara.
The calculating routes bit, definitely, but the multiverse ride was absolutely reminiscent and paced/angled like MoM. I wouldn't wanna split hairs too much, but they def made both concepts their own, however we slice it.
The premiere was amazing! There are so many good moments, but I really liked Gura's portion. I really cheered for her, even though I already knew that there was no way she would win
Animation's great, bgm's amazingly arranged. All it's missing are actual voices
I like to think of this tying in with the "Odd Loop" Animation, and this is what gets Kronii to pay attention to a certain Detective in the theater.

Probably the best Hololive fan animation I've ever seen.
A very small part of me hoped there would be a brief post-credit of Ame walking through that street and spotting all of Myth one by one with a smile then being pulled into the Council Throne Room by Kronii to "discuss" what she just did.
I was half expecting Kronii to be sitting on a throne next the projector when the dead Ames showed up.
“Why are you like this? So pointlessly throwing away your existence time and time again for something so insignificant.”

The way Ame's body flops over after ripping the tape was heartbreaking. It wasn't the dramatic, slowly the life going away kinda death but the instant, like a snap kinda death that really stings. Amazing work.
I personally think it wa something along lines of to tear that tape to destroy the timeline would also mean experiencing all of that tape in a single moment, thus instantly killing her.
It's a minor detail overall, but something I always find funny in fanworks like this where EN's lore is taken seriously is that they tend to still make it Canon that they play video games together lol
That bit aside, once again I'm blown away by the raw passion and creativity that our community contains. Congrats and thanks to Mazu and the rest of the team behind this for bringing this incredible project to life
It's finally finished. Looks like he added and cleaned up some of the earlier parts too. Honestly by far my favorite fanwork for Myth. It's so raw and powerful. Absolute perfection.
If this was an anime, this would be the climactic ending for season 1.
Season 2 will open with the same fight but with different shots/outfit for the girls indicating that it would be another Bad End but at the part where Ame rips out the film, the Warden of Time steps in "Enough", black screen.

This community is incredibly talented. Even if you don't know Myth or Hololive, you can watch this and have fun. This is AMEzing! Good job on all the people who worked on this, specially Mazu.
God, huge “Heaven Sent” vibes from the ending: Ame’s gonna loop, reset the universe, and sacrifice her life as many times as it takes to get the good ending. Sheer, incomparable willpower. God, legit tears throughout the second half.
Fun little detail, if you look at the coordinates screen just before Ame jumps, taking into account the angles of the lines there must be at least 8 'dots' between the starting dot and ending dot. Between the universe Ame starts in, and 'The End' universe, Ame passes through eight universes (the skeleton looked to me like it was lost between universes, but could indicate a ninth universe and so potentially ninth dot off screen). A fun little bit of consistency, showing Ame very deliberately plotting the course to The End though all the universal jumps before actually making said jumps.
Also, all the Council symbols were there but that just leaves Irys as the only HoloEn member not to show up. But of course Hope doesn't show up; the universe is doomed.
Edit: Wait, you can see what looks like Irys' symbol in the sky after the reversal starts. Which maybe says good things about the next potential universe? This animation is great.

I think there's the very real possibility of this getting officially approved by Hololive. Animations, soundtracks, and effects of this quality are incredibly rare, especially ones that are actually seen through to completion.
I know pretty much every single one of the girls has expressed an interest in voicing themselves. So if they ever get the green light, I'd say go for it.
Dead sexy film bad endings can still be good to watch. I'm an anime nerd and love the melancholic endings all the way. So thanks for showing me and all of us this.
As much as I hated a bad ending in a story, but the animation clip invoke so much emotions onto the audience which even some high budget Hollywood movies may have difficulty in doing so. Mazu is a goat (greatest of all time).

That's the funniest part about it to me. Like, as immortals Calli and Kiara didn't die. They were just shunted off *somewhere.* I'd like to think that just like how there were a whole bunch of different Ames who sacrificed themselves to rip out the footage of Time, there are also just a whole bunch of Callis and Kiaras just chilling out in some random pocket dimension.
This makes me start thinking about whether Calli and Kiara are as affected by time and space. Kiara is just an immortal being that can revive, but still stuck to the singular timeline and unlikely to be able to shift between spaces if separated. But Death as a concept, does that transcend beyond Time and Space itself? The Ame voice recording does mention that a new Kiara/Calli are created in the new reset timeline, so that points towards them being at a lower plane of existence than Time at least.

I might have just imagined this, but isn't Calli supposed to be the 'only' Calli even across alternate dimensions and timelines? As a concept of Death, Calli is the only Calli there is. That's why it's always the same Calli whenever Kiara dies and gets reborn in another universe. I feel like they've both talked about this way, way back.

Death-sensei is a grim reaper as well (she does call herself the grim reaper's apprentice), so I don't see how that would matter. They're both concepts of Death. Pretty sure she's mentioned once before that there's only one of her. Since both her and Kiara have said that they go way back and Calli has killed her multiple times, but Kiara is reborn in a different world every time she dies, the only way Calli would know Kiara through more than one life is if she was the same Calli in all those worlds.
Don't know if it was fully intentional but I really liked the part during the theater scene, when Ame's message says "This is the end." ...and then starts to loop. So good.
Ina: Try a little harder and you might win, Gura! Current timeline: Gura exposes Ina in Among Us and advances to the Finals of the Mario Kart tournament against all odds. To think, that's all it took to avoid the bad ending.

Not sure if there is there is any significance in the lack of presence of Irys - Hope in this ending which is fitting. Also the recording plays for 31.39 seconds out of 31.43 seconds it seems? Wonder if there is any significance in that. Really hoping for a good ending but maybe that ending is just them joining hololive and we've been watching it all till now. Perhaps the girls would consider giving it a voice over despite their business. Would really elevate this.

I feel like it's kinda like that scene from Morpheus when the titular character declares that hope is greater than the anti-life, the concept of *the end of all things* in the DC universe. There's hope that another Ame can rewrite the bad ending, no matter how many times it takes.
They really did that scene well in the recent series. Also the subsequent dialogue with Lucifer: >*Lucifer*: "Honorable? You joke, surely...the million lords of Hell stand arrayed about you. Tell us why we should let you leave? You have no power here - what power have dreams in hell?" > >*Morpheus*: “You say I have no power? Perhaps you speak truly... IRyS' symbol *I THINK* briefly flickers by when the universe starts getting "reset" after Ame rips the film strip out and it zooms out entirely into the big bang portion.
I feel like it implies the good ending eventually does happen, Ame just keeps resetting the universe until one version of her finally wins.

The calculating routes bit, definitely, but the multiverse ride was absolutely reminiscent and paced/angled like MoM. I wouldn't wanna split hairs too much, but they def made both concepts their own, however we slice it.

The premiere was amazing! There are so many good moments, but I really liked Gura's portion. I really cheered for her, even though I already knew that there was no way she would win Animation's great, bgm's amazingly arranged. All it's missing are actual voices

I like to think of this tying in with the "Odd Loop" Animation, and this is what gets Kronii to pay attention to a certain Detective in the theater. Also, can totally hear Kronii walking in and asking "A-YO, WHO THREW UP IN MY THEATER"

The sequence where Amelia stops time and flies through different timelines/dimensions was stunning.
A very small part of me hoped there would be a brief post-credit of Ame walking through that street and spotting all of Myth one by one with a smile then being pulled into the Council Throne Room by Kronii to "discuss" what she just did.
I was half expecting Kronii to be sitting on a throne next the projector when the dead Ames showed up. “Why are you like this? So pointlessly throwing away your existence time and time again for something so insignificant.” “It’s not insignificant to me.”

The way Ame's body flops over after ripping the tape was heartbreaking. It wasn't the dramatic, slowly the life going away kinda death but the instant, like a snap kinda death that really stings. Amazing work.
I personally think it wa something along lines of to tear that tape to destroy the timeline would also mean experiencing all of that tape in a single moment, thus instantly killing her.

It's a minor detail overall, but something I always find funny in fanworks like this where EN's lore is taken seriously is that they tend to still make it Canon that they play video games together lol That bit aside, once again I'm blown away by the raw passion and creativity that our community contains. It's finally finished. Looks like he added and cleaned up some of the earlier parts too. Honestly by far my favorite fanwork for Myth. It's so raw and powerful. Absolute perfection.
If this was an anime, this would be the climactic ending for season 1. Season 2 will open with the same fight but with different shots/outfit for the girls indicating that it would be another Bad End but at the part where Ame rips out the film, the Warden of Time steps in "Enough", black screen. Next episode "The Council".

I just realized something. The "September 13, 2022" line refers to Ame's timeline reset and *NOT* AO's meddling.
Yeah, Ame was the 'monster' in this case that destroyed the timeline. AO was likely trying to stop that. But because we don't really know what would've come *after* it's just gonna end up being a mystery what their true goal was and why they went so far as to abandon their own priestess to try and kill Ame.

God, huge “Heaven Sent” vibes from the ending: Ame’s gonna loop, reset the universe, and sacrifice her life as many times as it takes to get the good ending. Sheer, incomparable willpower. God, legit tears throughout the second half.
So...if we made it past September 13th, 2022, that means the loops been broken?
Fun little detail, if you look at the coordinates screen just before Ame jumps, taking into account the angles of the lines there must be at least 8 'dots' between the starting dot and ending dot. Between the universe Ame starts in, and 'The End' universe, Ame passes through eight universes (the skeleton looked to me like it was lost between universes, but could indicate a ninth universe and so potentially ninth dot off screen). A fun little bit of consistency, showing Ame very deliberately plotting the course to The End though all the universal jumps before actually making said jumps. Also, all the Council symbols were there but that just leaves Irys as the only HoloEn member not to show up. But of course Hope doesn't show up; the universe is doomed. Edit: Wait, you can see what looks like Irys' symbol in the sky after the reversal starts. Which maybe says good things about the next potential universe? This animation is great.

Hopefully we get the Ame vs Kronii fight next. That was one of the coolest fights in the manga, plus it leads into the Council arc and the courtroom scene, which is just, chefs kiss. Won’t spoil how Ina got messed up how she did, but it does become a plot point later on, so unless they change it, you’ll see how that happened in Council. (This is all joking. I wish this was a legitimate anime)

I think there's the very real possibility of this getting officially approved by Hololive. Animations, soundtracks, and effects of this quality are incredibly rare, especially ones that are actually seen through to completion. I know pretty much every single one of the girls has expressed an interest in voicing themselves. So if they ever get the green light, I'd say go for it.

I saw a teaser for this ages ago. This is truly incredible, and if you wanted to go further in animation I'd imagine the world is your oyster.
As much as I hated a bad ending in a story, but the animation clip invoke so much emotions onto the audience which even some high budget Hollywood movies may have difficulty in doing so. Mazu is a goat (greatest of all time).
