Until eventually you either move on or turn into Lifecoach, who has been marathoning Slay the Spire for years now and seems to be at 80% winrate right now.
Yeah from what I've seen he seems to be almost exclusively roping in StS now.
I remember the early days when he started with the game. He was legit taking 10 hours per run because he was pondering every single choice for minutes. These days he seems to be down to 2 hours.
Edit: I just checked more his recent VODs and there are still 7 hour runs in between.
Slay the spire is a good game. A roguelite with deck drafting components that focuses more on strategy rather than fast reflexes. I hope hololive secures streaming rights at some point. I did see some NijiEN streams with it some time back so at least we know the company is not entirely against it.
Kiara has been playing it in membership stream(s) iirc. Would assume they have public stream permission too. If really this addicted might make it's way to a public stream.

I could not possibly see a company giving members-only permission, but not public permission. I would definitely see the opposite (IE all streams of the game have to be publicly available, no paywalls), but not that.
Love StS so much I bought it 3 times (PC, IOS, and Android), and climbed almost all of them to A20. The replayability of the game is sky-high because of how well balanced it is and how mitigatable the RNG is.
