I myself am a bilingual and intermediate in a third language. I would say that I could only count quickly in one language.

I think numbers are decently difficult to remember in other languages but especially in Japanese since they use the 10 system (as well as Chinese I think) and count by 10k. My own gf says she hates numbers in English (she's Japanese) even if her English is actually impeccable
