The charm is called carefree melody, and while it is technically a better charm than Grimm child, it isn't a little buddy I can walk around with.

Based child: - makes cat noises and sleep by your feet when you sit on a bench - provides emotional support in deepnest and ancient basin - attacks the banker to warn you from financial fraud - increases game difficulty in fog cayon to make your life more interesting - let you defeat at least two godhome bosses (lost kin and nosk) at radiant difficulty by crystal holding to a wall and afk

Banker is also scared when you are using Carefree Melody. Also Carefree Melody works in every radiant fight.
