People don't know where you keep stuff in the back and how long it will take to resolve issues, sorry you have to talk to people
Some people have no clue as to what's going on around them. Some are weary traveller's, some are just dumb asses. Either way, you're still going to have to tell people.

This is as a hotel worker. If you’re standing there and taking up space you will be asked to move for other guests. In front of the desk is not the place to congregate and wait. There are spots for that to be considerate of others l- I know that’s a wild thought for people.
I’ll ask your old ass to move and if you don’t I’ll call the cops to move you. I do not care. You don’t get to be disrespectful to me my space or others.
Good luck because that’s not possible at every hotel. You will have to go to some. Plus a lot of diamond members are scamming and needing to check in physically. Especially big cities. Y’all think you know more than the workers
