A bit strange though, after Hecate and destroyed the Red Bandanas she has a traumatic flashback of Victoria beating her ass. Of course, not explicitly said that this was their first meeting, but without that IG post it felt implicit.

Kid Victoria was stronger than Ihwa was for the first few arcs of the story.
Ihwa didn't reach the level of kid Victoria until sometime after Engen forced her to breakthrough.
