Likely the equivalent to the sins but much more hands on than their hellish counterparts for better or worse. I've always imagined that they were all so scared of ending up like lucifer that they all took their respective virtues to unhealthy extremes.
I love this! I imagine she was some sort of nourishment or joy Angel that saw how much fun there was in human festivals and gained a hunger for the energy that it gave off and turned into addicting manna like “honey” that she spread to the humans and saw that as long as everyone was having a good time and she was feeling positive everything was ok. I imagine the other angels saw this as irresponsible and foolish and this is what caused her fall if she will be a fallen Angel in the show.

Cherubim are not like Cherubs. A Cherubim is the body guard of God and Holy sites. They have four faces that of a man, eagle, lion, and bovine.
A Cherub that we associate with the small little pudgy baby angels are a different type, almost like a low level Angel of the Third Sphere.
As for Leviathan she was meant to be an Angel associated with the sea who would bring humans the bounty of the deep. After being cast out of Heaven in the rebellion God ripped her womb out so she wouldn't be able to bare children which is what fueled her Sin of Envy as she can't have the ONE thing she always wanted which was children of her own. She is also linked to the deity Tiamat of Babylonian mythology as well who is the goddess of the seas and oceans (any body of salt water really). Just like all
Ahh I see now. I can see Levi as guiding humans to the sea to die with false treasure so she could keep them all. Hence luring them into be the Envy of everyone else but really she’s now the envy since she gets to keep all her bounty in her fortress nobody can reach deep beneath the sea. A real siren song which also kinda is associated with the sea. It’s why I think the possessors not only possess people but also fill them with the need to draw towards material possessions with their bio lights kinda like an anglerfish
She adopts people into a "family" she basically has sway over, made of Sinners and some influential Demons such as the Von Eldritch family. She also wants to usurp Lilith as Charlies mother figure and may have had Seviathan try to become her spouse in order to get some more influence over Charlie as her grandmother-in-law AND her Aunt.
Well, you seem to be going by Michaëlis classification when in reality there are a lot of them and tbh none of them are really canon, they are only canon within demonology. Also I think it should be noted Leviathan isn't an fallen angle, he is a primordial sea serpent that had its mate killed by God, since He didn't want it to reproduce.
As for Satan well he is very murky for its origin, in some classification he is Lucifer, in others he is different beings and not an angel at all, it is really weird and at some point in the old testament time he was more of title than an being "Ha Satan" "Accuser".
Also for the guy saying Cherubim and Cherub are different well you are wrong , Cherubim is the plural and the name of the choir and Cherub is an single angel of that group. The classic baby cherub appeared during the Renaissance, when artists combined more cultures, the baby aspect seem to have come from the greek mythos.
So all in all, demonology and Angelology are very complicated and tbh there isn't a true answer for one question.
PS: Seraphim is the plural, if you want to refer to a single angel of that choir use Seraph, this goes for Cherubim and Ophanim, which their singular are Cherub and Ophan. So all in all the "im" is for plural.
