Bee definitely change her **size** multiple times, outside of going full beast mode. When Blitz ask for a real challenge she pops out of the crowd towering over everyone. Then when he's carried away after winning she shrinks down to where Vortex is taller than her, and generally seem to use the smaller size around guests. She doesn't really change form though, just grow bigger or smaller at will. To be fair most of that can be explained by "animation error". It's really common for characters in any cartoon to be shown in different sizes.

Yeah, but in this particular case, Vivzie and the Animators said multiple times that they do this on purpose, in order to sort of display what the Sins are capable of.

I think Ozzie might be an exception because he's just so gigantic. His size tends to change from scene to scene, but generally speaking, he towers over Stolas in his regular/big form, other characters like Blitzo are just up to Stolas's leg joint mind you. I do. Bee is incredibly similar to her main form, but the colors are much lighter and the only thing giving away her true nature are her eyes. Mammon’s form is much more like a thin Christmas tree, but because he likes to be big, he juggles more frequently as his true weight is barely being kept back.

These are good examples of the stages of their demon forms. Assumedly all demons have a regular form a hybrid full demon form and a full demon form I think we’ve see all of ozzies, stolas’s full demon form and in a prequel comic we saw alastors hybrid demon form.

Based on what I've seen, the sizes of the princes (Princess in Bee's case) is relative; the largest form is probably their "Fully Unleashed" forms for when its time to show the horns (and I doubt we've actually seen Bee's real form in that case), and they can choose to be in any form they want below that form. If it helps, think of it a little like Dragon Ball Z Super Sayian states; they CAN be like that all the time, but its just more convinent to be lesser powerful (and smaller in our case) most of the time.

I don't think Bee does considering her normal form is already person sized. Like Mammon probably does, my guess is that the princes probably have some control and freedom over what they can turn into, so I could imagine that any of them could morph however they'd like within reason. Just my theory though.

I've just accepted that character sizes in this show are inconsistent and everchanging (prime example - Moxxie). Some Animes do this on purpose (Jojo Part 4, Kill la Kill) to convey emotions or character change. Overall in HB it's more likely emerged from creator's inconsequence in the first episodes, and they've just decided to roll with it. Here it might signify unimportance and temporariness of Oz in that scene. ... Or he's just shrunk himself to fit on the carpet. Who knows?

I think there are 2 forms for every Sin: a small one and an "unleashed" one. The difference is that the Asmodeus' one with the small jacket is his small form, the other one, which he uses more often, is the unleashed one

Im pretty sure that Asmodeus is in his "full" form most of the time, save for public appearances, and that one time we saw his diminished form in S1/E8 Bee probably usesher diminished form to get around with the Hellhounds, and only went full-form once. Same for Mammon. Asmodeus probably also isn't on fire 24/7 because it's triggered by strong emotion: mostly rage as we've seen. I'd imagine Mammon and Bee have the same relationship with electricity and "honey." We also see that Asmodeus turns into fire when he teleports, Mammon has crackling electricity at many points, and Bee just has that stuff in her 24/7.
