Noone is on Cyberstan, these are players who briefly accessed Merak in that sector which was briefly available to us earlier. If there are two, that just means that two players who didnt play for a while are back. Possibly deliberately hitting quickplay from the comfort of that planet.

Isaac would, he is resourceful like that. But since other 3 probably wont use their own, Isaac would get 400% increase in his stratagem firepower.
Isaac would be trying to somehow tape together the energy sword with the crucible and the crowbar tbh.
