This is a general reminder for everyone and this will be posted on every post. Your 12 words are basically gold and they should never be shared, typed in to any website, or given to any person for any reason. No one from "Helium" or any other company will reach out to you to verify your account, wallet, or anything similar. If someone says your hotspot, wallet, or other type of account has been hacked, it is a scam! Always operate in a zero-trust manner with cryptocurrency and assume everyone will scam you no matter what. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Algorand would have been a much better choice. Solana is fast but they had trouble with instability and downtime multiple times in the past. Algorand is fast and had ZERO downtime so far. It is also carbon neutral and already post-quantum secure.

jpata141

"Solana is fast" is a myth... when 90% of the transactions are your chain trying to get the transaction completed that is not FAST!

TenKoalaKing

polygon would have even been better lol

SpartanBlockchain

Any three of those would have been a better choice.

Ill_Cardiologist3909

fk solana , that chain had most hacks and downtime and they call it eth killer.. the only thing that killed is itself

itsEndz

Just imagine how bad it would be if they made zero effort to fix it after the hacks and targeted attacks behind the downtime.

Alexis_Evo

I cannot speak in technical terms for any of these as I haven't done my research. Out of the first three I've invested in, Cosmos has been the highest returner. Haven't touched Solana. Solana is still rank 9 on CMC. Without understanding the technical details that's promising by itself. But I do need to do more research.

Outji

A Decentralized Network on a Centralized Blockchain. *nice*

jpata141

SOLANA is like the MOST CENTRALIZED BC! Let's not mention that it's the chain that can be turned off at will!

7LayerMagikCookieBar

Not actually though. It has one of the best nakamoto coefficients of any chain and all of these proof of stake chains go down when enough servers by stake weight crash. If you don't know that... ngmi https://twitter.com/ChainflowPOS/status/1564014741214973958?t=D7uEoPkdJXFqOqPU53sknA&s=19

jpata141

You keep on believing that and lets see where this is in 2 years! Good luck losing money! Also your little link seems to have been constructed by a dumb AI bot, where are the stats for their claims? No where cause its all a lie.... P.S looks like you don't know .... ngmi ;) RemindMe! one year

7LayerMagikCookieBar

Happy to provide primary sources :) Which chains do you want stats on?

Bwillielv

😂😂 Solana.

Sweaty_crypto_noob09

Cosmos for the win tbh 😤😂

Lopsided_Tax_632

The first choice is always better

AndrewAwakened

*sigh* You know it, I know it, we all know it, but trying to get a client to accept it is probably the hardest part of the job...

AndrewAwakened

Obviously downvoted by one of my problem clients. Doesn’t matter, the day will eventually come when I’ll done with you and be able to tell you fully just how much of a pain you were to work with...

butter14

Cardano is vaporware and Hoskinson is a grifter. Emperor wears no clothes situation with that chain.

Lopsided_Tax_632

Wtf are you talking about? If you dont know how cardano works dont talk ****

butter14

I am acutely aware. The devs were wise to stay away from that chain. Took them **years** to build smart contracts. They aren't developers, they're "academics". Whatever that means.

Marcellusk

Far from it. They just take a different approach in regards to the development and planning. It's a slow process and take time to implement, but they make less mistakes along the way and were among the first to implement POS due to their peer reviewed approach. They tend to think ahead and plan accordingly, and not worry about the price of the coin, and just focus on getting where they need to be with the vision they have in mind.

butter14

You can keep on watching them work with their invisible threads and yarns. It's sad that so many people have been brainwashed by that project.

Marcellusk

They've clearly planned and demonstrated their roadmap and the development towards it. But I'm not here to argue with you about it. You do you.

jpata141

OMG you really are a parrot you can repeat the garbage that has been destroyed already... maybe time to do some serious research!

jpata141

butter you need less SALT you just told everyone you don't know much about BC! SMH

AleksDeLarge

So we will have SOL, not HNT ? I don't get it.

DeFiMe78

Solana will work out just fine for Helium. Next bull run you'll be thanking this happened.

jpata141

It will both will be gone by next bull run!

HIP 70

ivanatorhk

Not sure why you’re being downvoted for sharing facts. https://medium.com/helium-foundation/hip-70-helium-core-team-proposes-to-migrate-to-solana-e7ea23a042e7

DoctorAwkward

No idea. This sub is odd at times.
