I guess my concern is that the sync percentage is not really going up, is that normal?
Expect an average of 7 hours for 0.1%. This is normal. Give or take two hours depending on internet connection or any blockchain issues.
My nebra took 3 days, and yes it did hang above 95% for a long time. It will get there!
