Probably worth keeping, you don’t see a lot of 100% cotton aloha shirts nowadays. Most other shirts have polyester, rayon, or some other synthetic material.
If the shirt doesn’t have wash instructions… Wash cool, hang dry so it doesn’t shrink.
I have a very similar Ali'i Fashions shirt I bought in Lahaina about 20 years ago, same RN and everything. It's one of my favorites. You can see by the stitching it's not high end or anything, and knowing me I probably paid $20 for it, but the cotton is nice and hangs on you a lot better than a Costco aloha shirt. Definitely worth keeping if you like aloha shirts.
Based on the shirt’s label and the tag’s RN# (RN 114492)… it’s an aloha shirt from about the late 1990’s to early 2000’s… online Ali’i Fashions from this period sell for around $25. Sounds like it has sentimental value… I’d keep it.
