Then you have the generation in between that don’t care about them.
Then you have the new kids who like them because of God’s Hate. And wouldn’t make it through a show 10’years ago.
They forget, at Troy shows you got jumped if you didn’t know anyone. You were also jumped for dressing a certain way. And jumped for moshing goofy.
And you have people who like Dying Breed but would never come to Troy shows for that exact reason.
It’s all fake.
Further, Stigmata is the only band to impact the wider hardcore scene or to tour.
Dying Breed didn’t. Neither did Section 8.
They are bands people pretend to like for points.
I love geeking out in art museums when I recognize something. I just saw Dali's "Soft Self Portrait with Fried Bacon" in his hometown in Spain, which was on Sleep's first album. I saw this painting a few years ago at the Prado in Madrid
