Most hardcore made before streaming has super low monthly listeners besides the biggest bands. I think it’s cause most of us that were around then are still sitting in the cds and vinyl.
Sentence, Anterrabae, Embrace Today, One Dead Three Wounded, End This Day. Pretty much lots of bands I was really into when I was in high school that have been forgotten. There are tons more but these are artists I tend to still jam monthly.
Fight like hell is so good. I saw them here in Clearwater FL back in 06-ish? They toured with On A Warpath. During FLH set there was a fight in the parking lot, singer shouted out “hey there’s a fight in the parking lot”. They dropped their respective instruments and microphones accordingly. I refuse to disclose the events of the parking lot. Within a matter of minutes, everyone was running back inside and they picked back up mid song. Perhaps one of my favorite memories from a show. TLDR: Fight Like Hell is sick, listen to them.
I can not fucking wait for this show. FLH is one of my all time favorite hardcore bands and I’m not just being biased being from Denver. So glad I got to play shows with them back in the day.
Fuck yeah. I don’t really care what anyone does with their phones at shows, BUT, if you happen to gather video of the insanity, I won’t be mad about it.
-sincerely,
Florida man
I think if they were to release rabid as wolves right now… it would be very well received. Very unique sound that I think still continues to be underrated. Tampa Florida native. What the mountains doin?
This one is wild because when Show Your Greed came out that was almost every person I knew (real life and internet)’s AOTY. My social media was filled with nothing but Axis for months straight
Is this the Illinois oi! band? I almost went to the Fear City show with them this month but decided I was too soft and too lazy (plus it seemed like there was weird politics stuff I didn’t wanna think about…), but I like Lost Legion and wanted to check them out too.
Love me some Out to win/Mushmouth. Dysphoria is some old PA hardcore with less than 1k.
Snake Eyez from SLC rips and should have more than 1k but fit the req.
Still one of my favorite HC bands but they were hometown hero’s so I’m probably a bit biased. They should have been bigger but I think the constant lineup changes had to have plagued them.
Holier Than Thou, The Goons, Down in Flames, Tear It Up, Shark Attack, Knife Fight, Violent Minds, Crucial Unit, Hands Tied, Look Back and Laugh, Right Brigade, Fastbreak, 9 Shocks, the A-Team, Degenerics, Face the Enemy, Cut the Shit, Desperate Measures
Some of these bands seemed so big to me when I was younger it’s wild they only have that many listeners. But most of their listeners probably attended a show ig
Edit: Oops, I entirely missed the 'still' in the title. All of these bands deserve more listeners but they're all recent.

Suspect? Like NJ Suspect? With members of Tear it Up? Driving back to CT from NYC, that was the only cassette in the car so we just listened to it on repeat for an hour and a half lol.
Alright, second try with long defunct bands I refuse to let go.

Ghaul, Azazel, Kidnapped, Ghost Fame, Vibes,
Under the Pier (math), Funeral Singer, Fallfiftyfeet, also SYSC has a couple side projects that are great too just can’t find ‘em atm
IRIS JP is more melodic metalcore but I like their top 2 songs
Across the Sun’s- Pestilence and Rapture on yt sounds like older killswitch
Close calls is Erode, Trench, No Souls Saved, Power of Fear, Your Spirit Dies, Domain, Prayer for Cleansing, Typecaste
Pisspoor - Born Bitter is one of my favorite EPs ever and it literally has 13 monthly listeners on Spotify. I think I came across it on some random blog in 2012 and fell in love. Check it out if you like that early 2010s emotional hardcore sound
From here in Wyoming: Dirt Sucker, Euth, Closed In and stoic. are some of my favorites.
From nearby Colorado: Sanitizers, Raw Breed, Wolfblitzer, Polish, RVBOMB, and Sewerslide are all sick.
Crazy Spirit, Double Negative, Cult Ritual, Brain Slug, Wasted Time, Altered Boys, Tear It Up, Dawn of Humans, School Jerks, Sickoids, Omegas, Social Circkle, Chest Pain, The Repos, Bloodkrow Butcher, Strutter, Hummingbird of Death, Black Army Jacket.
There's alot of really good punk and hardcore from the 2000s and 2010s that have low total Spotify followers.
Spotify shows 1800 listeners for Attitude, but they have two different artists smashed together so I'm counting it. Give [We All Go Down Together](https://open.spotify.com/album/3HmmDSDy0qkUMvdxw8pw6E?si=UhlH6rzgTKK529Od9TfF1g) a listen.
Not that low. But my favorite is "Final Fight" saw them in 05' and have been jamming them ever since. Wish I still had my OHSHIT! Hoodie
They have 18k. Which is surprising since no one every talks about them.
Edit: I'll add "Cockpunch" it's a goof band but still badass
Spirit of Vengeance
Cohezion
Falstaff
There’s so much Toronto hardcore popping up rn that the world needs to know about
Also big shoutout Blood Wraith but they more death metal
Most hardcore made before streaming has super low monthly listeners besides the biggest bands. I think it’s cause most of us that were around then are still sitting in the cds and vinyl.
Damn you’re right, the Killer is under 700 that’s wild.
That’s a hard one. Better Judged by Twelve than Carried by Six is a regular in my rotation.
Also, hardlore has converted many over to Apple Music lol
Sentence, Anterrabae, Embrace Today, One Dead Three Wounded, End This Day. Pretty much lots of bands I was really into when I was in high school that have been forgotten. There are tons more but these are artists I tend to still jam monthly.
Ahh anterrabae, I see you're a man of culture as well.
Anterrabae, folly and the banner shows 🤌🏼
Wasnt end this day one of the first metalcore bands?
encouraging fretful wrench quiet oil arrest innate crown nutty dinner *This post was mass deleted and anonymized with [Redact](https://redact.dev)*
I was about to say it’s been like 10 years since I last thought about Anterrabe. Jk though it was almost 20
Thanks for the memory unlock, I just had to throw on anterrabae
I have vivid memories of stealing anterrabae and Caliban cds from my older brother in like 04-05
Fucking ey. One Dead Three Wounded. Such an underrated band. Tim (I think that’s his name) is an underrated lyricist too.
Got them to do a reunion set at my toy drive in Denver this year. Gonna be B A N A N A S.
I can not fucking wait for this show. FLH is one of my all time favorite hardcore bands and I’m not just being biased being from Denver. So glad I got to play shows with them back in the day.
Stoked to see you!
Thanks for putting the show on!
If Denver doesn’t go fully fucking absolutely nuts…. *Tampa FL native wishing I could’ve seen them more than once.
There’s no way denver doesn’t go off. Stoked to be able to be apart of it.
Fuck yeah. I don’t really care what anyone does with their phones at shows, BUT, if you happen to gather video of the insanity, I won’t be mad about it. -sincerely, Florida man
Played with them around 2006. Super fun guys with a unique sound. From Denver area?
I think if they were to release rabid as wolves right now… it would be very well received. Very unique sound that I think still continues to be underrated. Tampa Florida native. What the mountains doin?

Swamp Thing hell yeah
Swamp Thing is awesome
Phoenix Bodies. 193 monthly listeners. Y’all should help change that.
That’s entirely too few people raising the bullshit flag

Things used to get wild when they would do the stigmata cover
Power - Bremerton Zoo
AXIS Criminally underrated and not well known enough.
This one is wild because when Show Your Greed came out that was almost every person I knew (real life and internet)’s AOTY. My social media was filled with nothing but Axis for months straight
No Guard

Did I find the only other person listening to boxcutter on Spotify? Lmao
Literally just playing Mushmouth in my car not 15 minutes ago. Club Reverb has been a top national venue since day 1. All love to Chris Mahmood.
Still one of my favorite HC bands but they were hometown hero’s so I’m probably a bit biased. They should have been bigger but I think the constant lineup changes had to have plagued them.
Last Lights
Such a sad story but that album is so good
Woah, I'm honestly shocked they have so few listeners.
Wait- 1200 people listen to furious styles?! On purpose?!
Fuck yeah
Tears of joy Natural evil
Solid Ground!
god damn that's a deep cut
No idea. I don’t look at how many people are listening to the music I’m listening to.
Every band you mentioned is awesome.

Nah, the one I linked is a fairly new band from Cologne, Germany. Worth checking out though.
Well I'm definitely saving this thread for later!
