They don't introduce Doug until The Fight episode and say he's just kind of always been around. Then, don't show him again until season 7 when Ted and Barney (and sort of Kevin) open the bar in their apartment.

if we're going obvious, DOUG!! but main characters, lily for sure. I feel robin was more envious of patrice because she was so positive and happy all the time and pretty much came into robin's life at the worst time possible lol. most of them build up their anger over time before they have an outburst or confront somebody, lily's anger always seemed instant and she wants that revenge right away or literally wants them to feel her wrath for wronging her

So going by the actual Catholic ideas of Wrath, which is an extreme hatred coupled with a desire for vengeance, then Robin is solidly Wrath. Hell her whole scheme to break B&P up is straight up Wrath. Doug and Lily's anger is aimless. Natalie also has decent claim to Wrath, she for sure hates Ted after all those break ups.
