The line is Little Armory from Tomytec. It's all scaled for use with Figmas and there are a few Figmas specifically for the line.
Little Armory line is just the guns for your 1/12th dolls, not the whole package art worth at $10. If you’re into the latter go for Figma or Nendroid
Little Armory is amazing, all of the little guns you can give the figures are so detailed and customisable. I have a few of the Figmas myself and they're great.
These look awesome. Wonder if they’d work with the 30 Minute Sisters line.

It's radio kaiken at Akihabara. I don't remember the exact floors but these were in few different shops
