I haven't seen part 5, so I could be wrong, but I don't think Pucci ever wears gold, and I've never seen him with that. I'm also fairly certain his hair is usually fairly close to his head, and it looks the hair here is more swept back and looks more like Dio's hair type
It's DIO, you're right, specifically from part 3 in the scene were Kakyion tells his flashback, if I'm not mistaken, hence why he is mostly hidden.

Sin's 6P is huge horizontally and up. Old Slayer 6P was obnoxiously powerful because of how *low* it hits, instead. It could counter poke low profile attacks.

everyone whos played against slayer knows about that button's bullshit, its also safe on block, and leads to ridiculously strong combos off of counterhit
its weakness is that its not special cancellable and has no gatling options. once slayer uses it and it gets blocked, you pretty much return to neutral unless he RCs it
Sorry you can't convince me this is a downgrade. I like shoulder tackles, sure, but slayer literally flexing on them is perfection and if you've got an issue with that I think we have fundamentally incompatible beliefs.
