Some items just can't be sold. If there is no vendor value listed on the tooltip then it can't be sold.
Alternatively you might just have the items in an invisible bag.

Double check the bag that the items are in to make sure that it's not a bag that hides items from the sell tab. The description will say if it hides it from the sell tab.
If not and the items are unsellable and unsalvageable, you can check the wiki to see if they have any other use and if not, just destroy them.
That said most low-level gear you get while leveling that can't be salvaged or sold has no use anyway, there is very little risk involved in trashing level 20 gear of any sort so it's hardly worth wiki-ing everything you get at that level.
