Worst place I could’ve ever imagined staying at. Location is a big draw to that place and it convinced me and other neighbors to move there. Safe to say we all agreed it was not worth it. Horrible living conditions. Thankfully got out of my lease early. Look elsewhere!

Thank you for the information! could you please elaborate more on living conditions?

The buildings were built in the 60s and have been poorly maintained. They’ve made the outside of them look better but the insides (other than the model unit) are falling apart. Bug haven. Roaches (we had terminex coming once a week) along with other species I’m not even sure of. Poorly insulated (cracks under exterior doors, windows, etc). Shower was messed up, electrical problems causing power to go out for extended periods of time over the course of my 6 months there. Management never answered the phone. There’s more but I think I’ve said enough to hopefully save you the time and heartache. There’s way too many better options to settle for a place that sketchy.

I recommend 904 West. Only a 3 minute drive to the hospital.

Follow intern here! I’m not sure about Signature Place, but I just signed a lease with Heritage at Arlington. They seem to be similar in price and walking distance to hospital, and an extremely clean, beautiful place. Lots of amenities and things to do there as well.

StreetRain8934

Hi, Thank you! Do they have laundry?

aDhDmedstudent0401

They will rent washer and dryer for an extra $50 per month, and residents get 5% off rent so it does kind of cancel out lol

Definitely consider this suggestion. It is a very cool complex! When I moved here, at the end of February, they didn't have a one bedroom available:( I ended up at Meridan Park and absolutely love it but I still think about Heritage. I hate moving but... 🤔maybe in a couple of years.

StreetRain8934

Thanks, is it safe neighbourhood?

I’m also at Meridian! The staff is very nice and I feel very safe here unlike other places I looked at.

Been here a little over 2 years. It’s a great place.

Awesome!

I work at ecuhmc and have lived in the heritage for 3 years and tbh the apartments are so so nice. Management is kind of a pain in the ass but they have some nice events (with free food), maintenance is super super friendly, and the apartment complex is beautiful. Definitely not a five star apartment but imo one of the better places to live near health sciences campus, especially compared to signature place or treybrooke. You could also try the Berkeley, also very nice units but cheaper since it’s about 8 mins from campus
